Our executive chef Darcy came up with a combination of flavours to do Tammy proud and raise money for the PAC’s upcoming spring carnival and other school-based initiatives. The March celebrity chef pizza starts with a savoury basil pesto sauce, topped with zucchini, roasted grape tomatoes, prosciutto, and asiago and mozzarella cheeses. Sawmill Taphouse & Grill is donating $5 from the sale of every Pesto Pizzazz sold at our Chemainus and Colwood locations to this very worthwhile community cause. Give it a try!
