Ginny’s colleagues describe her as a “dedicated and hard working cornerstone of the team” who, for 13 years, provided invaluable support to both council and the various municipal committees she served. In retirement she plans to spend time doing cross-stitching and volunteering at the BCSPCA’s Cowichan location, which is also her charity of choice. Ginny’s Pupperoni plays to her favourite flavours, starting with house-made marinara sauce and topped with white cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, bacon, pepperoni and mushrooms – a typical Canadian style pizza!
